Yosane and Mayu are characters created from my interest in samurai and lady warriors. Yosane is a samurai who is forced to wander the roads of medieval Japan, due to the upheavals of that time. Yosane battles for honour and loyalty to the one she serves: Lady Mayu. Challenged to find her freedom and place under the skies, she is a character closest to my heart.
